Our limited production ensures absolute attention to detail and each vine is literally tended by hand. The care and attention that a bespoke vineyard receives cannot possibly be matched by large properties with mechanized operations.  Everything on our property is done by loving hand labor; we have a personal relationship with every vine  

Due to our boutique operation, we have the flexibility to delay picking until we reach the precise Brix reading according to our winemakers' preferences.  This is simply not feasible with a large scale operation and as such, provides Table Oak clients with a unique opportunity to customize their order in ways that are not readily available from large corporate farming conglomerates.

Our limited size ensures utmost attention to detail.  We use no pesticides or chemical fertilizers, striving to maintain a natural and organic environment.  We treat our farm like a living organism, self-contained, pesticide-free and self-sustainable.
